Perguntas frequentes

Frequently asked questions before the first contact.

How should I describe the demand in a first message?

The more context, the shorter the conversation. It helps to state the fluid, the operating condition, the criticality of the asset and the target schedule, and for manufacturers, the product line and the intended market. When the specification does not exist yet, the conversation itself serves to build it.

Do I need a finished specification to request a quotation?

No. Where a specification exists, the quotation starts from it. Where it does not, application engineering defines material, pressure class and operating range from the actual service, so the item quoted is the right item and not merely the closest to what was asked.

Does PVF work with manufacturers not yet selling in Brazil?

Yes, and that is one of the main fronts. The conversation begins with market and requirement diagnosis, moves through qualification and local content strategy, and advances to commercial development with targets, so entry is structured rather than opportunistic.
