Application engineeringin the selection of materials, classes and connections
Documentation traceabilitywith certificates, data books and inspection
Global logisticswith inventory strategies to avoid shutdowns

The problem we solve

A valve or a batch of pipe bought on price alone often arrives in the wrong class, without the required documentation or behind schedule, and so the real cost shows up in the field as rework, downtime and contractual penalties.

Workshop and fieldonshore and offshore execution by partners with a certified quality management system and licensed responsible engineers
Testing and recertificationhydrostatic seat and shell tests, calibration and non-destructive testing with technical reports
Single coordinationby PVF over scope, schedule, spare parts and documentation of every front

The problem we solve

Valves out of specification, actuators without maintenance and shutdowns with dozens of suppliers and overlapping scopes turn small delays into days of unavailability and operational risk, since the absence of a technical coordinator leaves asset integrity without a single accountable party.

Valve recovery and maintenance

  • Block valves: full recovery and maintenance of gate, ball, globe, butterfly, check and plug valves, with guaranteed sealing and reliable operation.
  • Safety and relief valves: maintenance and calibration of pressure safety valves (PSV), pressure relief valves (PRV) and pressure and vacuum relief valves, in accordance with the applicable standards.
  • Control valves: maintenance and calibration of process control, pilot-operated and solenoid valves, with proper accuracy and response.
  • Preservation and conservation of block and actuated valves in stock or awaiting installation.
  • Supply of new and reconditioned valves for replacement during maintenance.

Modular engineering, skids and process packages

Skids, spools and modular plants delivered ready for start-up, with integrated engineering and factory testing.

Factory-tested modulesto reduce time and risk in field assembly
Integrated engineeringacross process, mechanical, electrical and automation
Interfaces closed in the factorywith valves, instrumentation and automation integrated before shipment

The problem we solve

Building in the field with multiple suppliers and open interfaces stretches the schedule and exposes the project to rework, since every interface is an opportunity for error. Modularization moves that risk into a controlled environment.

What we deliver

  • Design, construction, assembly and start-up of skids, spools and modular plants.
  • Utility, dosing, metering and treatment modules, with complete documentation and data book.
  • Integration of valves, instrumentation and automation into the modules supplied.

Who it is for

Operators, EPCs and industries that need process packages with single accountability. For fire and gas protection systems, see Solution 05.

Asset integrity and predictive maintenance

Operational availability, safety and emission reduction through condition data and expert-validated decisions.

IIoT sensorsfor the condition of valves, pumps and rotating equipment
Artificial intelligencewith human validation of every diagnosis
ESG and Industry 5.0as the basis of the argument, not as a label

The problem we solve

Warehouse cleaning and asset demobilization

Warehouse and Assets Cleaning Project

A program led by PVF's leadership to turn idle MRO inventory and unused fixed assets into recovered value, either by returning them to stock in usable condition or by negotiating them in the market.

  1. Identify and inventory
  2. Inspect
  3. Segregate
  4. Recondition and recertify
  5. Cleanse master data
  6. Reuse or negotiate

The work starts from the product list and the physical inventory, with analysis by family, group and application and a study of the construction, inspection and non-destructive testing standards applicable to each item. A summary integrity inspection separates what can be recovered from what is obsolete, unserviceable or without planned application.

Recoverable items are segregated, reconditioned and submitted to full inspection and testing, with treatment of non-conformities and execution of the required services, so they return to stock recertified, with invoice and technical documentation, ready for reuse in projects. Items with no viable recovery go through the internal write-off process and a demobilization strategy, with market prospecting, commercial actions and negotiation, directly or through electronic platforms, as objects of sale, exchange or payment for new acquisitions and investments in the client's projects.

Result for the client: a lean warehouse, reliable master data, recertified items back in stock and capital recovered to reinvest, instead of storage cost and accounting loss.

Who it is for

Industries, operators and suppliers that want to treat supply as a source of competitiveness and not just as a cost center.

Perguntas frequentes

Questions that come up before the first meeting.

What is included in industrial valves supply?

The scope starts with application engineering rather than with a catalogue, so material, pressure class, temperature range and service severity are defined against the real duty. From there it covers pipes, valves, fittings, flanges, forgings, fasteners and instrumentation, in all alloy grades and pressure classes, for a range from -196 °C to +800 °C.

What does valve MRO cover?

Removal and identification in the field, bench diagnosis, repair or replacement of components, tightness testing and recertification, so the valve returns to the asset with a report and traceability. When repair does not pay off, the recommendation is replacement, with the technical equivalent already sized.

How does predictive maintenance differ from preventive maintenance?

Preventive maintenance intervenes on a calendar, so it replaces components that were still healthy and misses failures that develop between intervals. Predictive maintenance reads the condition of the asset through sensors and diagnosis, so the intervention is scheduled by evidence, which raises availability and reduces both emissions and unplanned shutdowns.
